Within the scope of our advice in this practice, we can specifically mention the following:

  • Processing of judicial and administrative concessions, including mining concessions, electricity, gas, fiscal property, public utility easements, and others.
  • Advice on the construction of power generation projects and their associated works, such as: transmission lines, substations, gas pipelines, aqueducts, and others.
  • Strategic design and analysis of socio-environmental feasibility for layouts of transmission lines, substations, gas pipelines, aqueducts, and others.

Hidrógeno Verde, retos y oportunidades del sector energético en Chile - Grupo Evans
                                                                                                Gracias a la riqueza en recursos de energía renovables, Chile se ha posicionado como uno de los países con mayor potencial para poder impulsar el #HidrógenoVerde y sus derivados. En ese contexto, le compartimos una entrevista realizadas a nuestros socios Jose Miguel Hernandez y Aurelio De Diego Glaría, líderes de la nueva área de práctica de Grupo Evans, especializada en #H2V. En ella, abordaron distintos temas relacionados al desarrollo de esta nueva industria, las complicaciones que podría traer la propuesta de Nueva Constitución en caso de ser aprobada, los principales desafíos que trae la implementación del Hidrógeno Verde en nuestro país, entre otros.  “Aunque no creemos que una regulación especial signifique necesariamente un impulso al hidrógeno verde, tal vez un tratamiento simplificado, libre de extensos procedimientos burocráticos, pueda implicar un beneficio. Sin embargo, existe una regulación ambiental y del sector eléctrico suficiente que puede servir de marco legal para promover proyectos de esta naturaleza”.
