Cristóbal is partner of Grupo Evans. His practice is regulatory law, working mainly in energy and natural resources matters. He advises clients on environmental, territorial and water rights issues; the development of due diligence reports for power generation projects; processing of electric concessions; negotiations for the constitution of electric easements and in the obtaining of administrative permits for the development of electric transmission projects, as well as for solar and wind generation projects.

                                                                                                En el marco de la Conferencia Bienal del Foro Regional de la International Bar Association, el Diario Financiero preguntó a socios de 13 estudios acerca de los planes de las firmas a 2023. Jose Miguel Hernandez comentó el rol de Grupo Evans en el desarrollo de proyectos estratégicos.Destacó el compromiso del estudio con la transición energética, especialmente en iniciativas de energía renovable asociadas a data centers, así como en el crecimiento de sectores clave como la desalación y los acueductos. “Con una estructura consolidada y el respaldo de Enlace Ingeniería, seguimos avanzando en la integración de energía, territorio e infraestructura en un entorno de transformación tecnológica y regulatoria”, dijo.
