Rafael is partner at Grupo Evans. He focuses mainly in our Regulatory practice, advising on the development of all kinds of electricity projects, as well as on water issues, indigenous law, environmental law and, in general, on regulatory and natural resources matters. He has experience in electricity concessions administrative procedures, as well as in the negotiation of land use contracts for the development of electricity projects.
