Green light for new Metro Line 7 in Santiago following approval of Environmental Impact Study - Grupo Evans

An important milestone in the progress of the Santiago Metro Line 7 project took place this afternoon at the Intendency of the Metropolitan Region, after the Environmental Evaluation Commission – body  in charge of deciding on the environmental qualification of projects or activities submitted to the Environmental Impact Assessment System (SEIA) - approved the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) of the initiative. This complex process was advised by the Cubillos Evans team. 

Work on this important urban transportation infrastructure project will begin at the end of 2021 and will last 6 years. Its route will be 26 km long, and it is estimated that it will benefit 1.3 million inhabitants from seven Santiago municipalities.
